Are you a new bilingual or ESL administrator in your first three years? Join TABE’s New Bilingual & ESL Administrators Mentorship Program, a virtual professional experience designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and connections you need to thrive in your new leadership role.

Over nine, 2-hr monthly sessions, you will:

• Gain valuable practical advice from experienced professionals on a variety of topics crucial for success.
• Expand your knowledge base through in-depth discussions and expert insights on Bilingual and ESL education leadership.
• Build your network with a supportive cohort of fellow administrators, fostering collaboration and idea sharing.
• Develop essential leadership skills to effectively navigate the unique challenges and opportunities faced by Bilingual and ESL programs.

PLEASE NOTE: A minimum of 10 registered participants is needed to hold this workshop. Session will be recorded in case participants cannot attend synchronously.
