TABE’s Multilingual Administrators Mentorship Program empowers current multilingual school leaders through targeted coaching, professional learning, and a strong statewide network committed to multilingual learner success. Participants gain practical leadership tools, guidance from experienced administrators, and support to lead equitable, high-impact bilingual and dual language programs.

Grounded in practical strategies and reflective practices, this session will focus on how educators and leaders can intentionally care for their bodies and minds while cultivating balance, resilience, and joy in both personal and professional life.
